WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY PRODUCT? 

If this happens, please email me at brightlightcreations@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please let me know your order number, which product is faulty and share a picture of the faulty item. I will get back to you within 2 business days to organise a replacement. 

No replacement will be issued, if the product is identified to have no fault or that the product has been damaged through misuse, abnormal use or abuse. See the Earring Care Guide or Candle Care Guides Information on this website.

Please note since all the products are either handpainted, handpoured or handmade there may be occasionally slight imperfections. Also although great care is taken on this website to reflect true colours, some of the earring's colours may appear slightly different in real life.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED BUT I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I RETURN THE ITEMS? 

All earrings and candles are made with love, please make sure you fall in love with them too before you place your order.

Please note that the delivery fees on all orders and all customisation orders are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Candles can only be returned and refunded or exchanged if:

  • You provide your order number or proof of purchase
  • they are in unused, undamaged and resaleable condition
  • you have contacted me via brightlightcreations@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You organise the return postage of the candle and pay the additional postage costs or arrange to drop off the candle to me in Cooma NSW. If you do not return the candle you cannot be issued with refund or exchange.
  • (For exchange) Once I’ve received the returned candle, you will be charged further postage costs to have the new candle reposted to you, unless you have organised with me to pick up the new candle in Cooma NSW.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Not at this stage, I only ship Australia wide. Though for any wholesale, custom or bulk orders don’t hesitate to contact me on brightlightcreations@outlook.com stating your location or address and I will happily provide you with a quote.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

All orders are processed within 2 business days and then handed over to Australia Post. As a guide, Australia Post delivers to metropolitan areas in 3-5 business days and regional areas take around 10.  Please remember to expect some delays during peak holiday season times as well.

Once your order has been processed you will be sent an email with an estimated time of arrival of your package and online tracking number to track your package.

I also offer the option for you to pick up your order for free in Cooma NSW. At checkout please select free pick up and you will be emailed the exact address to pick up your order. Your order will be ready to pick up within 2 working days of placing your order.

All orders over $100 have free shipping.

TERMS AND PRIVACY

I take your privacy seriously. Bright Light Creations will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone. If personal information is collected whilst you shop, this information will only be used for shipping purposes or to inform you of new products, sample sales, or updates on our site. Once you place an order, you will be asked for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. This information is used to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about it. After you place an order, your information is used to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information in it. Occasionally, I may need to contact you by email if I have other questions regarding your order.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE IN AUSTRALIA?

Yes! All earrings and candles are designed, made and packaged in the Australian Snowy Mountains Area. Not to mention Bright Light Creations is proudly Australian owned and operated with a lot of love.

GIFTING AND PACKAGING FOR DELIVERIES

I send your order reciepts digitally via email. I do not include paper reciepts in your packages as I know some of the orders are sent as gifts and its also better for the environment to save on some paper.

I'm passionate about presentation and I ensure that each order sent presents beautifully. Each product is carefully wrapped in beautifully coloured recyclable acid free tissue paper, wrapping paper and paper twine to further protect them on their journey to you or a loved one. Every parcel also includes product care information and a thank you card from Bright Light Creations.

If your order is a gift and you would like it shipped directly to the gift reciever (where the billing address differs to the shipping address), without any additional fee a sentimental note can be added to the package, just make sure you clearly state your message in the notes section of the shopping cart once you finalise your order.
